Explanation: JH-SJ105 is a soda-fluorine type gglomerated flux for overlaying welding, alkalinity around 2.2 It is gray and round grain, with grain size around 2.0~0.28mm. IT can be operated with DC,the wire to be connected to negative pole. It has steady arc,nice weld formation, and easy in slay removing, as well with perfect deposit metal rapture and blowholes resistance characteristics. Applications: Accompanying suitable wires (like WM-210,H1Cr13,etc.),mainly applied in the overlaying welding of roller surfaces.

Points of Attention：
1 The fluxs to be dried 2 hours in 300℃~350℃.
2 De-rusting, water and oil cleaning ,as well other impurities removing of the work be done before welding.
